  1. Registration fee includes exhibitor’s access to the select session presentations, and networking opportunities, day time meals and post conference report. (The fee excludes exhibitors travel, accommodation and dinner costs)
  2. Should one be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome at no extra charge, if participation fee has already been paid. No refunds can be made.
  3. Applicants should ensure that paying authorities cover all necessary bank transfer charges.
  4. Once your application has been approved, a confirmation letter and invoice will be sent to you, indicating the payment details (bank account).
