- Sunday, 1 March 2026 Deadline for receiving and accepting abstracts
- Wednesday, 1 April 2026 Sending informal invitation to all authors of accepted abstracts to attend the meeting
- Monday, 1 September 2025 Starting to receive full papers
- Friday, 1 May 2026 Deadline for receiving revised full papers
- Wednesday, 1 July 2026 Editing proceedings: write a rough index and send it together with the finished papers to the editor
- Tuesday, 1 September 2026 Printing the proceedings
